At ALC Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible items. Please ensure that all vinyl, apparel, and accessories are returned in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
