When will my order ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. For limited edition pre-orders, please refer to the specific shipping timeline listed on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on defective or damaged media within 14 days of delivery. Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final for non-damaged items.
How are the vinyl records packaged?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced record mailers with bubble wrap and corner protection to ensure your vinyl arrives in pristine condition.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes.
